We are wrapping up a boutique hotel renovation in Gananoque and are so thankful for Robin at Custom Decor for ensuring that our sisal rugs arrived on time. She went the extra mile when the delivery was interrupted and has been a pleasure to work with through the whole process. The whole team has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very responsive staff, did an excellent job on the install of vertical and horizontal blinds, tiled my sun room and bathroom. A great help in identifying tile for the bath - excellent selection, and then the vanity top. Would definitely work with them again. And good value for my money.

They are very friendly. Very helpful. They communicate with you exatctly the way you would expect never leaving you wondering what is going on. We are getting counter tops and they came for both of the in home measuring sessions in a very timely manner. Could not be happier so far.
