I just had the best experience with the Brockville animal hospital at 26 Water St E. The lady all welcomed me and pumpkin so amazing. The gentleman got our room right away did the weight of him. Was super fast and amazing. Lady followed up behind doing his shots and his deworming pill. Followed with yummy wet treats for him during and after. I honestly can’t thank the lady enough for that it made my very first vet appointment easy and so much more enjoyable than I thought. I was nervous but they were amazing with me so don’t be shy you will be fine I promise you. Thank you so much for this experience

10/10 would recommend. The staff are amazing, compassionate, so loving towards our girl and took amazing care of her. They accommodated our needs and the needs of our sweet pup. We will definitely continue our vet care with them. Thank you all for everything!
