My first ever hearing test for severe ringing in my ears.Walked in nervous and unsure of what to expect.Very friendly greeting from the receptionist.Jennifer (audiologist) was extremely friendly and fully explained everything she was doing.After all the testing, conclusion that the ringing was not a hearing issue , so back to family Dr and to recommended ENTStrongly recommend HEAR RIGHT CANADA and Jennifer Travale as a hearing Audiologist specialist.1000% satisfied .
Kristen Fletcher as been amazing to deal with, taking the time to answer my questions and providing detailed quotes for 3 vehicles and our home. Excellent customers service skills and she pays attention to what I am saying and understands our needs. So nice to deal with after not receiving this service from our prior insurance provider that we had for many years, the fact that she also saved us a fair bit of money didn't hurt either. Definitely recommend Nicholas Godwin to mow your lawn as he takes great care in cutting, edging, trimming and blowing the grass off your driveway and sidewalks. When we moved to Brighton ON we were looking for someone that is dependable and provides a great service. We hit a home run with God’s Lawn!
I have not yet worked with Des, but I can day Cole is gentle and works quick with great detail. Mac has done more work with me. He will do whatever he can (Within reason) to make the client happy. I feel heard and confident when getting work done, and love the knowledgeable and cooperative attitude he has. I am very impressed with his work and I get tons of compliments on his tattoos. A repeat client forever :)

Exterior caulking on all windows has been replaced with skill. They even were happy to put aside a few minutes to allow my goofy dog to greet them so that he wouldn't drive me nuts haha.

Sine's flooring did an excellent job installing engineered hardwood in the basement of our new home and the stairs going. Product is great and looks fabulous. Jack and Brandon did an excellent job installing and were able to take care of the floor being unleveled. Jack knows his stuff!!! My wife and I couldn't be happier.
I went into the Brighton store to look at gas bbq’s. And was helped by Anne who was fabulous.she helped me with all my questions. So I purchased one! Then the following days i dealt with Sheila and Maryjo who also were fabulous!!!!! So I highly recommend this store and these ladies. Oh wait the 2 delivery guys were great as well !!!!!!!

We requested Special Effects Lifestyle Boutique & Tearoom to cater a retirement function because we had been to their tea room and were impressed with the quality and choices of food available. Sheryl and Jason immediately set out to recce the location of the function way ahead of time to develop a plan for setting up the food table and guest tables. On the day of the function they arrived early to get everything in order for 60 guests. When it was time for the guests to partake in the food laid out, they were overwhelmed and impressed with what was available. Everything went off without a hitch. They even went out of their way to package up any leftover food (which was minimal) and help clean up from the function. The value of the catering and overall service was worth the price. We would recommend them as a trustworthy caterer for any future function. James B.
Excellent haircut by Tina - she knows how to handle Asian hair (shaping and taking weight out) and styled it well for an event I had that night. Highly recommend her!!
