I'm in my mid sixties and have been a pilot since I was 18 years old. During that time I've witness the good, the bad and the ugly, but very seldom the extraordinary. The TriCity team is without a doubt Extraordinary, Clarence is the most knowledgeable individual that I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with, no "smoke and mirrors" just the facts and a solution. What a refreshing change from many other shops. I recently had an annual done at a shop in Brantford and it was a complete disaster ultimately resulting in my aircraft being grounded by Transport Canada, the shop missed two critical AWDs. We have been dealing with Tri City Arrow since 2011 in the maintenance of our Cirrus SR22.One particular incident of note happened in Sept’ 23 and we were AOG with a bad mag in Sherbrooke on the labour day long weekend. We immediately called Clarence and he was in Sherbrooke the next morning with his buddy, multiple mags and enough loose parts to build a new plane! Within hours our plane was airworthy, Clarence was flying back home, we were on our way to Halifax, and this pilot’s wife couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you!!!!
It is with great pleasure to post a 5/5 star review of tri city aero shop. Clarence and his crew did a complete pre buy inspection and post work as well. Clarence is a true professional. He is very meticulous in his work, documentation and follow up. He spent hours on the phone with me explaining everything. I recommend tri city aero to anyone that requires GA maintenance and beyond.
