Never seen a company better organized with well thought out, step by step procedures, all played out in a transparent format. Great choice to hiring for bathroom renovations.

This is a review of Paramount's Customer Service prior to receiving any quote. (I feel like a dodged a bit of a bullet. )I was contacted by Paramount because I spoke to a Home Depot rep at a local home & garden vendors show. We were interested in a small bathroom reno - switching out a standard builder's tub to a custom walk-in shower stall. Home Depot took our name and number and promised a followup.Paramount then called a week later, identifying themselves as the contractors working for HD. Sadly we did not share the same positive work after 5 days with redos in paint and finishing..who sands and paints at the same time ? We have had to bring on other tradesmen to finish work. Painting was not up to standard with several hits to the ceiling with paint. Patching of walls very poor . the bathroom we have to add another coat of paint ourselves . Tiling was left with spacers no grout just mess . Plumber promised .. unavailable disappointing to say the least . Not worth the several thousand dollars spent .
