We have now completed three home renovation projects with Chart. When we decided to do our most recent (and largest) project, an addition to our home, it was an easy decision to work with Chart. We knew from our previous experiences that that we could expect professionalism, high quality and attention to detail from the team. From our first design meeting, through construction and to our final walk through we were always met with friendly, knowledgeable staff. We would gladly recommend Chart for your next home renovation project.
Chart strives to be a 5-star company and holds their trades to a high standard. Our PM Marley was good at following up on issues inevitable with any build, and worked to keep the project moving.Our 2023 addition had some issues which may have been avoided if more detail was taken during the drawing stage; which Chart requires are prepared by Chart and you should get a firm set of drawings before breaking ground. For structural changes during construction, alternatives and rationale should be discussed and agreed upon.
