I have purchased a few things from T.A. appliances, Kevinthe gentleman who's took our order was amazing. Communication with the staff was great. The only not so nice experience I had was with the delivery guys, they tried to rush me to sign their delivery paper work, even before the washer was finished being installed. I wanted to inspect the unit, when it was finished being installed, and felt bullied into signing before.

The salesman wasn't to good with the delivery details I asked him to change an old address they had on file it didn't happen but the Manager and delivery team fixed it up and made sure everything went as plannedThanks we are happy so far with our new Samsung Fridge

I wouldn’t go back. Sales was calling me until I showed up to purchase. Added extended warranty to my bill without asking then pushed very hard when I declined it. Once I paid, I was dead to them. Called with an issue after install and transferred me to customer service knowing they were closed and never followed up to see if I got resolution. Installers didn’t check the hoses for washer and when it wouldn’t work, I had to push very hard to get support. Person who finally came was fabulous and diagnosed the issue quickly, but it all could have been avoided if installers had checked the water supply and hoses before leaving.Bottom line, I would not go back.
