We called about a leak in our water heater the technician came the same day and stayed until the late evening to replace it. He was very courteous and professional and did an outstanding job.
I have a monthly plan that covers my furnace and central air units. Any time that I have had a problem, Reliance has sent a technician on the same day and they have fixed the problem immediately. In my experience they are reliable.
The sales rep Jashpreet Pelia was fabulous. He took the time to inform me of all details and the right products for me.
The team installing the HVAC was equally fabulous ...polite, efficient and left everthing spotless. He took the time to give me clear instructions on how to use the smart thermostat. A solid 10/10 for both!
