Spencer was fantastic! As first time home buyers we didnt know what to expect, Spencer was super patient and didnt get annoyed at our thousand questions. He showed us exactly what he was looking for and explained why. He was super friendly and approachable. He wasnt afraid to get his hands dirty and crawl in attics. The report we received was very easy to read, very thorough and quick! Within a few hours of the inspection there was a detailed report with clear explanations and pictures. Highly recommend!

I recently received a home inspection from Spencer and I was incredibly happy with the service. He was super friendly, thorough, approachable, and informative. I can’t recommend him enough. He even gave us door knob hangers that said monster free to make it easier for my daughters to accept their new rooms. Honestly couldn’t be happier that we went with him.
