Great experience with this company. We were having issues getting our fireplace working and called them up. They saved us a $130 service fee by troubleshooting with us over the phone to get it working.

My experience today at Napoleon was for sure more than 5 stars. From the very beginning, putting the dream BBQ aside for us earlier this week, to having everything ready for when we walked in. Jason was so sweet, straight to the point, and understood that our family car wasn’t big enough to fit the box. He helped us and we had it in our home within the hour. I’m hoping this BBQ lasts us for the next 10+ years, but will never forget the excelled customer experience today.
