We wanted to say a big "thank you" for a furnace/air conditioning installation recently completed. The job was well handled from start to finish. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. Every promise made was a promise kept. Couldn't ask for more.

We used Middleport for our on demand water heater and were impressed with the service. First they fixed it in January but it didn't work Jennifer installed 2 different pumps to try to make it work. Then followed up with us a couple times to make sure it was ok. Alas it did not last they would have tried to fix it again but we just wanted to be done with it. They came immediately and put the new one in. I think they gave me a bit of a discount on the cost of the new one to offset our recent repair bill, although I'm not sure as the bill is not itemized. They were efficient and cleaned everything up. I'm impressed.
