Thanks Katie's Music Studio for bringing music back into my life. I studied music in childhood for 10 years, playing violin and saxophone (alto and tenor). I loved playing in orchestra and band and have missed playing an instrument. Over 30 years later, I decided on a whim to sign up for limited vocal lessons as I thought vocal would be easier than having to relearn how to read music. The vocal lessons were fun, and I will continue in the privacy of my own home to work on being able to sing in tune(!!), but, with the first vocal lesson, I realized that I wanted to learn keys. I had my first lesson yesterday with Kirsten!She is awesome! She is patient, informative and definitely a great feedback provider.As an adult first time leaner, this lesson went better than I thought and I can't wait for more lessons!

My daughter attended piano lessons at Katie's Music Studio for years. All the teachers she had were engaging and enthusiastic. My daughter especially enjoyed the point and prize system for lessons and practicing.The studio is well organized and has an online portal where you can mark your attendance, receive messages and pay invoices. The new location with multiple parking spots is also an improvement. Highly recommended.
