Dropped off my laptop on Wednesday after work and got it back Friday early afternoon. Very friendly and professional to deal with. Fixed my lack of drivers for my network card and now my laptop is back to normal for a half hours labor. Would definitely use again.
In my old career, I built and taught technology for over 10 years, but now my new career frees me from having to keep up with the latest technology. I loved my Windows 7 since Oct 2009. That's a long relationship to have with a computer. My programs were all Windows 7 and my two new businesses ran totally on Office 2010. So to say - lets' get some new equipment - not on your life! But that sad day came, got hacked on FB, and my system was compromised. Microsoft no longer provides any security on Windows 7. I was hooped!So after much discussion, I gave in.
