Fast forward to this year & when having new eaves put on the house/carport, we were told there was damage on the roof. He sent us pictures which I forwarded to Dan. Right away Dan recognized it was damage likely from a raccoon. He popped by to take a look in person & within a week he had returned and patched the damage.
