“We had a flat roof replaced on a carport by the Roofing Specialists a couple of years ago. Dan showed up to provide an estimate when he said he would & the crew did an amazing job. Fast forward to this year & when having new eaves put on the house/carport, we were told there was damage on the roof. He sent us pictures which I forwarded to Dan. Right away Dan recognized it was damage likely from a raccoon. He popped by to take a look in person & within a week he had returned and patched the damage.
