I walked in looking for a threshold that would match my broken piece. Rob Hart helped me find what I needed. He went above and beyond making sure I got the right piece. He tracked the missing piece in Cambridge and I was able to complete my project. So thank you very much for helping me.

We've yet to have our carpet installed, but I wanted to say how pleasant the shopping experience was. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Brooke was very helpful when we were trying to decide what we wanted and was an absolute delight to deal with. Ron was also very friendly and knowledgeable when measuring our stairway and pointing out what needed to be done. There was another gentleman who helped with what type of carpet would best suit our needs but I didn't get his name. Overall, we were very pleased with the shopping experience and look forward to enjoying our new carpet.
