We spent close to 5000 dollars having our lawn redone and landscaped last May after waiting a year for the work to be done. We were hopeful of a positive outcome and looking forward to the appearance of our proprty from the street view. Galway was supposed to remove all bulbs in the gardens that were being replaced with sod. The sod was dead and never rooted within about 3 months despite vigorous watering. We spent more money in the late summer/early fall having the lawn perfed and reseeded. This year we have limited patchy growth with dead sod on about 70 percent of the lawn. We also have tulips and daffodils sprouting through the dead sod. Galway has taken no responsibility for any of this and claims we were given a box with the bulbs they removed. Both my wife and myself know this to be a complete lie as we were never given anything and all those bulbs are still in the ground underneath the garbage sod. The response from them has been disgusting and they are not willing to come and see the mess they have left here. We now have to spend more money to retrieve the bulbs by removing the dead sod and them replacing it. And we will have to spend more money to rejuvenate the lawn somehow. I would steer clear of this outfit as the calibre of the work done here is substandard and was expensive and their indignant attitude is also disgusting. I am not the first person to give this outfit out of Brantford a bad review. We were willing to work with them but they offered nothing in the way of understanding or a willingness to correct their screwups instead they just lied to us.
