I just wanted to say a great thank you to the staff and veterinarian at Fairview Drive, when we put our baby boy down almost 2 weeks ago. They were very compassionate, kind and empathetic. We just got our babies ashes back this morning although I couldn't go in (because I would have balled) my husband said the one technician came out crying while holding him to give him to my husband. These are the types of people I expect to be working in a veterinarians office. I will definitely be coming back when we decide the time is right for another fur baby in our lives. I don’t normally rate anyone…but this clinic deserves it! This “work family” of Vets and staff really care about your fur baby! They really will do everything to be there for you and your furry friend. Recently we had a serious emergency on a Saturday and Dr Mann (not our primary vet at this clinic) stayed to help us. My pup was in serious pain with one of his many recurring complicated health issues. This veterinary team stepped up and gave us (me too) expert care. My Doggo was on the mend so fast our weekend was saved! We noticed that the staff here always follow up after each of our vet visits to make sure the little patient is doing well. The Doctors take the time to personally call with results from tests and follow up care instructions. My furry little man has also been in much better health since Dr Bilato (his primary vet) has been working to bring his health to the best possible level. He has improved noticeably and he likes Dr. Bilato …a lot! Pet care is not inexpensive. It is a welcome change to feel like a clinic wants to really help us by giving us excellent care and support, not just rack us up a bill.
We just became clients of Fairview Pet Hospital this week, and we are absolutely thrilled with the kind, thorough, and skilled care that we received for our dog, Kali. Dr. Mann and the techs were absolutely incredible! We will definitely be going to Fairview Drive Pet Hospital with our dog whenever we are in need of a vet. Thank you to the entire team! You guys are truly the best!
