So, I called GEM Electrical and booked an appointment. After scheduling, Zack from GEM called me and mentioned it might be something as simple as properly resetting the breaker. He explained that when resetting the breaker, you should hear a distinct click when you turn it off and back on.

Although the breaker was already on, I hadn't heard that click earlier. Following Zack's clear instructions, I tried again and this time heard the click. The power came back on immediately!
