Don is a miracle worker. He was very affordable and efficient. Initially I had sent my laptop to a repair fellow in Ajax to fix the issues I was dealing with. I finally got my laptop back after approx 3 months. I couldn't access my original hard drive or any of my programs. Within an hour of dropping my laptop off with Don, he had the issues fixed and outlined additional steps to ensure everything would continue to run fine. It's refreshing to find a company that actually does what it says it's going to do. Thanks Don you're the best. Derek
