“Ian and his staff go that extra mile.I brought my Cherokee in on Friday February 2nd at noon for an oil change, and to check out a “service park brake” warning and on a couple of occasions my ABS light came on along with the traction control light.I got a call from Ian telling me the not so good news that I needed two rear bearings (I was told one was starting to go on a prior visit) and sensors. Which have to be ordered still. I explained to him that my girlfriend and I were leaving for a little road trip and leaving Wednesday morning but that I understood that it may be a much later start time on Wednesday than our expected departure time.To make a long story short, I got a call at around 3:15pm Monday the 5th saying it is done and ready to be picked up. Plus it was close to $300 cheaper than what I had expected.Thank you so much to Ian and his amazing staff.I highly recommend Ian’s Automotive if you want excellent workmanship, excellent customer service, excellent attention to detail and all at an excellent price!Thanks again!
