I went in without an appointment and spoke to Kamal. I told her I wanted a balayage and explained my hair history to her. Luckily she was able to take me. She was professional and told me that she cannot promise that I’ll get the end result that I want it’s all based on how well the colour takes my hair as it’s been box dyed before many times but she said she would do her best. She was so patient she took her time and didn’t rush at all. She was so sweet and pleasant to talk to and I was soooo happy with the end result. I got my haircut and styling done here . I wasn’t sure of what to get and because of some bald spots I wasn’t very confident but Donna did an amazing job . I love my haircut and recommended me some products for my hair . Thank you so much . Will definitely recommend to my friends and family

I had a new stylist do my hair. My previous stylist Lola not there any more. this one has no idea how to cut hair. I am furious over what she did. I asked for 3 inches off - more like 6 inches she took off. I asked for light layers at back - she hacked it off - all uneven - looks like she placed 3 bowls on my head and chopped. I could tell she didnt know what she was doing. worst experience ever. All i can do now is wait for it to grow again and go to a salon that knows what they are doing. worst experience ever. will never never ever go back there.
