I had a water heater and airconditioner replaced , and a hi effiecency furnace repaired ( not supplied by Peatson's ) a few times. There pricing is accurate and workmanship is second to none! emergency service is perfect also! I am moving out of the area , I would highly recommend Peatson's to anyone as they are very fair!!!
Don't call anyone else. Peatson's is the best. The service and staff are pleasant and professional. I purchased a furnace several years ago and today, Joey fixed my 20 year old air conditioner. He was great !!!Wayne, you have great people on your team. Thanks so much !!!!!
We originally had a Gas Technician appointment between 9am and 1pm. I called at 1pm and was told he would be here shortly. Well he never showed up and didn't call us to say he wasn't showing up, nice! We called back the next day and Peatson's told us they are sending someone the next day. This time 2 technicians showed up and had the job done in 50 minutes. Two weeks later received the invoice, we were charged 1.5 hours labour for each technician, a total of 3 hours for a 50 minute job. Good work but it would have been nice if the company was more upfront with what seems a minimum or flat rate charged for the work being done.
