This is how my nails look. As if done by an unprofessional. Took 1.5 hours to get these chunky nails. Paid $80 for this . Totally regretting this. Can’t even do anything as I have a trip planned. Total waste of my money anf time
This has to be the worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I decided to try them as they had better ratings then the other salons inside the mall. Big mistake! The man who gave me a pedicure was more like a butcher, hurt me several times cutting my cuticles and never apologized or took any care. I have two nicks on my toes that are sore now. Used zero products on me and spent a whole maybe 2 minutes exfoliating my feet with a scrapper and file. When shellacking my nails I had to tell him several times the light was not coming on, you would think that would be one thing he paid attention to.....and had no concern to make sure they were being properly cured. Don’t go to Kevin. I went to get my nails done for the first time and ended up with him. I asked for a manicure because of the price. He asked if I wanted “a little bit of length” I said sure he gave me bio gel and charged me $80 for an incredibly hideous set. Their colours also DO NOT MATCH. I chose a pink colour that appeared orange when applied, but I thought it might have been due to the indoor lighting but appeared straight up orange in outdoor lighting. It hurt to wash my hands for days because he cut me too.
I went to other nail techs in there and got nicer sets for around $50-$60.
