MUCKbyChyneeKay was founded in 2012 by Chynee Kay. She started out practicing her makeup application and routine on family members and worked her way to friends and others who entrusted her. She is educated by George Brown College, Shaw Academy and Mara College in Cosmetology. She is also 4x Certified by world renowned Makeup, Nail, Hair and Eyelash extension Technicans and Celebrity artists.
