The staff was very friendly & helpful. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for & may return 1 photo storage box but overall, I was happy with the selection of products & great prices.

Michael’s has always been our go-to place for crafts. We’re were there for a picture frame which we found and was priced at $11.99, but when we were checking out the cashier rang it in at $16.99. She confirmed $16.99 was the correct price. I went back to the frames aisle and saw that someone had moved the $16.99 frame to another shelf that was priced at $11.99. I thought the staff should have noticed it. The frame was perfect.
