Terrible place to come for passport photos and overall terrible experience with the business. I had brought my father here to get a photo taken for his indian PR status card. They printed the photos and charged us $20 for two passport photos. I submitted his application, and his application was denied due to poor photo quality. My father visited the business a second time without me after having learned his application was denied and wanted to get a photo retake, and they charged him a second time for doing a retake. The camera that they use to take passport photos is so old and is probably from the late 2000's. Definitely do not come to this place looking to get passport...read full review
Went to take passport pic of my newborn and it was all done in 2 minutes. Prior to coming here we went to UPS STORE AT WALMART and struggled a lot to get one pic for the baby and wasnt able to get.
Highly recommended for infant pics
3rd class customer service. Unprofessional staff and taking advantage of having studio next to passport office. Please don't visit them and I will make sure anyone in my reference will not take any services from them.
