Lily does a fantastic job. Right from the beginning with the phone call to make an appointment to the friendly greeting. My hair always looks on point and her fast fingers has me out the door so I can enjoy the rest of my day looking fresh every time.
This was my first time coming to the salon, but definitely not my last. I was a walk in appointment, and needed a wash and braids for under my wig. Lilly was able to see me right away.
My wash was sooooo relaxing! I appreciated that before she began the wash, she asked me how sensitive my scalp is. This showed me already she cares about scalp health. When it was time to do my braids, she gave me a bit of hair education, which I also appreciated. She showed me my split ends, and encouraged me to take care of them for hair health.
