From day one when we walked into Hardwood Giant Torbram store the experience was pleasant. Kuman Grewal was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the difference between the different types of floors. We took our sample home and decided on what it was we wanted. The person came over and inspected our rooms and explained what had to be done, another knowledgeable person, he was so friendly and explained everything that had to be done. After everything was done and ready for the floor to be laid it was so fast. In half a day the work was completed.
