Lutz is very professional. On time delivery of the vehicle as mentioned beforehand. Highly recommended body shop. Receptionist is also nice and knowledgeable , i don’t know her name though.

Marcelo was very friendly, accommodating and caring. They also did a fantastic job fixing the rear end damage to my vehicle - you can’t even tell it was damaged in the first place! - and they fixed it 1-2 days faster than the original estimate too.They helped coordinate my rental car, dealt with my insurance company and made the process very easy.I booked with them because a family member recommended them to me and the wait at the body shops in downtown Toronto were over 6 months long. I drove all the way to Brampton to get the damage repaired and I’m very glad I did.Thank you so much for the help. I highly recommend them!
