I had a great experience with Dr. Goldstein. She examined my senior dog to determine the next course of action for bloody stool. She asked many questions that felt like she understood what he was going through for the past 3 days. At the end I felt comfortable that I knew about all of the possible options and what was the best option. It didn't feel like they were trying to take my money and sell the most expensive option. I will admit that the emergency fee of $200 something is quite the price tag but it's for the wellbeing of our pets! Everyone I interacted with was kind. Thank you for your assistance tonight!

All this vet cares about is money. I called after my cat was in surgery and the receptionists are rude and callous. They refuse to give any helpful advice over the phone. After spending $4k I’m pretty sure a reasonably considerate empathetic response would be far more welcome than the ignorant rude manner in which my questions were addressed. My pets are family not a pay check.
