The vet tech (Carolyn), the vet (Dr. Katz), and the receptionist (I’m so sorry I forget her name but it started with an M) were all so wonderful and supportive.

We had a scare tonight when 2 of my small dogs got into some trash while we were gone from the house (entirely my fault and will never happen again). I knew right away what they potentially ate could be fatal, so I was a nervous wreck. I phoned this vet and spoke to Carolyn, who was so grounding and kind over the phone and encouraged me to come in.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my dog was calm and comfortable during her overnight stay. They gave me confidence that she was in great hands and in turn, helped keep me calm as well. Dr. Mabbott was informative and provided thorough explanation so I knew exactly what to expect. For an emergency situation and overnight care, the prices were also very reasonable. Thank you to everyone who helped.

Our French Bulldog woke up squinting and unable to fully open one of his eyes. After reading about potential eye issues in dogs, we realized it could be serious and needed immediate attention. Since our regular vet (Dixie Road Pet Clinic) is closed on weekends, they had recommended this emergency hospital — and we’re so glad they did.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the entire experience was excellent. The technician went above and beyond to make sure our dog was comfortable and well cared for.
