I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Shakti Sharma, which left me questioning her professionalism and ethics as a healthcare provider. To start, my family doctor referred me to her for a persistent infection on my neck, likely caused by shaving bumps that have plagued me for four months. After finally securing an appointment for a Sunday morning, we arrived at her clinic, only to be met with an extensive form detailing a multitude of chargeable services—an immediate red flag.

Went there hoping for different better experience. But NO. I needed urgent help as it was some emergency situation but reception blatantly said absolutely no appointment till at least 4 months. My Doctor had told me that he heard from somewhere they may be accepting walkin too.

My experience with Dr.Sharma and her staff has been great. I am satisfied with the care she provides, and staff is helpful and efficient. I would strongly recommend Dr.Sharma’s clinic. I understand wait times might be long at times but this is the case in hospitals and clinics throughout Canada.
