I had initially visited the wellness centre for a B12 injection and found they also provided a number of other services including Chiropractic, naturopathic and massage therapy. Rita in the main reception area is very welcoming & professional and is quite helpful and informative. They also have a very helpful appointment email reminder service that provides all the details necessary for your trearment. The building is very well maintained with easily accessible parking and the wellness center offices are clean and tidy. Multiple forms of payment are also accepted. Post initial B12 injection, I set up a chiropractic treatment with Dr. Doug. A very professional and considerate practitioner with great positive energy. He seems to embrace his practice and skill at a level I've never experienced before. His focus was on treating my situation with a program that was effective and efficient. And one with a targeted completion time frame that is often difficult to establish these days. Having my adjustments with Dr. Doug had an instant favourable impact on my body and shaved off a decade of shoulder and neck strain and stress. He was very informative during the process and provided at-home exercise options to assist in further recovery. Considering my positive B12 naturopath experiences with Dr. Jas, and my chiro treatments with Dr. Doug, I opted for a 60 minute massage treatment on a subsequent visit. My therapist Ronalyn RMT was also very professional and effective and helped compliment my overall treatment program. Well within an hour and a half on my last visit I had a massage treatment, chiro adjustment and a B12 injection. Without having to visit multiple offices! Happy & effective teams can create happy & effective experiences. The overall vibe in their office is very positive, non-aggressive and client focused. I'm so pleased I was able to find them
