I had an awesome experience with this company. I purchased a furnace and air conditioner working with Mark on the proper size, etc. The two guys that came in to install everything were amazing. I had questions afterward and they were more than happy to answer. I would definitely use Downsview Heating & AC again and I recommend them.

This is a fantastic company with amazing products... their installers are the best in the industry... our installer Steve was amazing to talk to ( even tho we were not allowed on site ). He still took the time to walk us thru our home & the heating .. deal with confidence. Downsview is the real deal in this industry

Typical large company that gets paid by builders to install and maintain for the laughable two year warranty period on a new home unit. During the first heating season my unit was not working properly it was found that the unit's drain (NG combustion produces vapor which condenses) was clogged up by debris that was present during installation. This was found and corrected by a cleaning service rather than downsview. When I called them to correct another issue with the heat balance which was apparent the first year but was thought to be only the result of shifted insulation which the inspector found and was corrected in the summer after. I called today to ask them about correcting the balance as it is now cold enough again to do so but no dice since my warranty was a few months ago. I asked for a recommendation for someone else and the woman said they are not provided with one. I give them 2 stars since the furnace has been working ok this year so far.
