Some of these reviews are actually about scammers, not CZone. In the many years I have been using them, I have been called by scammers posing as someone from CZone but they didn't have my code which the company says to always ask for if you get a call from them. On the other hand, I have spent thousands of dollars on their various protections and it seems like each time I sign up for another lifetime protection of whatever type, they tell me I won't need to spend anymore money. No one I know has spent this much money on computer and network security! If they ask for more money, I'll switch to an Apple product.

I've used them for two years without problems. They notify me when updating is needed or when a trojan infiltrated my system. They've been very responsive. Yes, it's expensive, but as an elder, it's nice to know someone has my back. They also have restored files when I misplaced them.
