I have leased 2 Lincoln vehicles prior to picking up my most recent one. - I am now on my third lease with Mayfield Ford Lincoln. After having my Explorer Sport looked at on several occasions (at a dealership where we had been going for 13+ years and bought two vehicles from) for the same issue over the last two+ years and kept being told there was nothing wrong with the car, I decided it was time to try another dealership and booked an appointment at Mayfield Ford. Chris and the service team are amazing! FINALLY - the hesitation is GONE, the issues (that were dangerous) with how the car was driving (we were told it was hydroplaning at the other and nothing wrong mechanically) was the stabilizer and control arms. Highly recommend this service location and their attention to detail!
