I have frequented the Brampton, West Dr. store a few times over the years and I've always been so impressed. It starts with their manager Blair because he always has time for a chat. I'm also impressed with the knowledgeable staff on the floor. In their repairs and installation area, a gentleman named Eric seems to know everything, right on the spot, which helps so much because customers, like me, put their faith and trust in them and I've never been steered wrong. Another gentleman on the floor, Lorenzo, always has an answer to my questions. Bottom line, no way to go wrong here.

The guy name “Lorenzo” is the best , if you need anything just go straight to him. He helped to swap the case in minutes. He also helped to build a new beast for video editing. Thank you lorenzo. Appreciate your help.

I came in today to ask for help with my pc. I couldn’t get out the broken piece of HDMI cord out of my PC but luckily Blair was there to help me out! He’s an amazing worker and has amazing customer service!!
