“Carlos was professional and knowledgeable from the start. He took our vision and exceeded our expectations. He was extremely accommodating with our requests and offered many options to make our vision a reality, even after numerous changes that we requested. Carlos and his team were considerate of our renovation and took extra care to protect our new floors while they worked in our home to install the kitchen. They were neat and diligent each time they came to work unlike some other workers we’ve had who are very sloppy. Everything they did looks beautiful and even better than what I envisioned. We are truly happy with Carlos, Pato, and the Cady Kitchens company. Carlos is fantastic to work with as he is very patient and professional. “They charged my credit card march 31st 2021 and again in June after I tried to pick up my item for delivery June 22/2021. charged for delivery and have never received my product or a refund they promised in November 2021. They do this so you can't dispute charges to your credit card, the mc rep I spoke with said I'm not the first person who've called about them. Do not buy! buyer beware! since covid these awful vendors and contractors are popping up everywhere to scam people! I've lost thousands last year trying to get renos done thanks to Scam artists like this!“
