Needed small rack support for dishwasher. Contacted ****** they sent me to their designated contractor STANDARD APPLIANCE LTD out of Brampton Ontario. Contractor came out part and labour was $489. I paid with ***. After leaving I decided it was too much to spend on older dishwasher. I called to cancel order. I was told it should have been $300 so already ripped off $200. After few back and forths I was advised I would receive refund minus restocking fee.
