Booking is quick and easy, the prices are VERY reasonable, there was no wait time, and my nail technician was very welcoming and friendly. They initially installed a device that broke after a couple of years but came back to fix it. I truly appreciate it.-------------------Update: December 1st, 2023: I had to replace the fill valve in the toilet twice since this plumbing company came. The last time was last week on November 21st. Last night the toilet started making a loud noise and when I went to investigate, the water tank kept filling up non stop and spilled water on the floor. Today I called Trademark plumbing and the experienced plumber came and told me that the problem was the fact that the Styrofoam tank that Canadian Home Plumbing installed a few years ago was literally floating around. They had glued it so poorly that it kept interfering with the valve in the toilet by floating. A few days after Canadian Home Plumbing installed it, I did noting that it was floating but never thought that it would be an issue. Now several years later, I am learning that I paid thousands of dollars in repairs for your incompetence. You buy dollar store gadgets that you install in people's toilet and you call yourself the best Toronto plumbers. What a farce! You should lose your license!Please stay away from Canadian Home Pluming and do your research carefully.

I was about to rip up the carpet because I was not sure about the stains if the come out or not. But I took an appointment and the guys came with full covid restrictions like with masks, gloves and shoes covers which shows how professional they are. Then, they explain everything to me about the carpet like in what steps they have to do it. After they finish the job, I was unable to saw any stains and after 3-4 hours as they said, my carpet just started looking like new one and it was totally worth of money. Beginning of September I started to google for rat problems outside and Mr Asif Hashmi was able to give me clear info over the phone and was able to come and set up bait that evening. Asif was very pleasant to deal with and was on time. For the next 2-3 days we watched the rats going in and out of the boxes then no signs of rats after that. Asif even did a follow-up call after 1 week. We are just starting to see rats again 3 weeks later and Asif was able to stop in again to refill the boxes. Trust me, this is the man to deal with for what ever pest you are dealing with.

We used their service to exterminate roaches in our condo and they have done fabulous job. They came on the agreed date and time on first round and did intensive spray in kitchen and bathroom and some area of living room. And within 2 weeks we could see dead roaches here and there and we followed their instructions after spray. We called then yesterday to help us with second round, they confirmed the date and time on phone and were exact on time the very next day - today. Xterminate Pest Control, are a great choice. We had some mouse droppings and they took care of the situation. Even followed up with us to make sure the problem was resolved. Many months later when I thought I saw what looked like mice droppings (though I they were not droppings) they came back to take care of any issue as part of their warranty. If you're looking for a place who will take great care of your dog in their time of need Snelgrove is the place for you. We have been going to snegrove for 18 years . We have had a few vets take care of our dogs but I highly recommend seeing Dr Jessica. She takes the time to answer all of your questions and figure out what's going on with your fur baby. She truly shows that she cares about your animal and gives you great advice how to take care of them . We moved a few years ago and we haven't found a vet who as been as wonderful as Dr Jessica has been to our senior dog. We continue to see her up to this day. She is definitely worth the hour and half trip. We're so grateful to have her as our dogs vet .

Today (07/31/2024) was my 1st time bringing in my 2 year old female Pomsky, Leia, at Bark Avenue Spaw for a 'full spaw' and 'spaw package 1' appointment. Leia's regular groomer from her daycare in Mississauga was unfortunately unavailable on the day that I was interested in.
However, due to a previous not so great experience at Petsmart (South Brampton/Steeles location), there was no way that I would be bringing her back there for a groom. After doing some research, I'm glad I became open-minded and gave Bark Avenue Spaw a chance.
The owners--Gleice and Monica, were very friendly, patient, and welcoming to Leia and I. They definitely seemed knowledgeable about double coated breeds and the grooming salon appeared to be clean and spacious. Another pro is that they let dogs free roam instead of crating them once they finish a groom.
The staff at Bark Avenue Spaw were also efficient and did exactly what I had asked for--sanitary trim and 'butt skirt' trim. Leia's fur was perfectly lined up and came home looking and smelling fresh with a cute pink bandana. Overall, pricing was fair and reasonable. We will definitely be returning as a client and would 100% recommend to others!

I have come to Queen West Physiotherapy twice within the last year for two different issues. I had great results last time and am enjoying the same benefits again, so I had to leave a review! Recently I had been having sciatica with pain shooting down my leg after even just 5-10 minutes of walking. After seeing Nidhi just 4 times I was able to do over 15,000 steps at the zoo with no pain! And I haven’t event being doing my stretches and exercises as much as I should. The physiotherapists here use a variety of techniques to treat your issue and are very knowledgeable - great value for your money!
