Newmarket Roofing were professional from the salesman to the roofing crew.They told us it might be 2 days for our roof & were finished with an amazing clean up in a day & a half. We were notified before that they would be dropping the shingles ahead of the roof schedule, they were on time for that. He came to my place end of October, one of the gutters was clogged and therefore frozen. He broke the ice !!! And cleaned the gutter and unclogged the pipe.This is the service you NEVER receive from other companies, even reputable big companies in the area of New Market, Aurora and Richmondhill.While he was inspecting the roof, he noticed a major leakage issue. He immediately fixed it with a reasonable price and it saved me a ceiling !At the end, one of the gutter pipes was detached after cleaning and while we were testing the water flow. He helped me to find 4 proper screws and we drilled the pipes. This was not part of the deal, he did it out of good will.Thank you Frank ! “I called Ray at Arcamm Roofing. He stopped by and assessed the job and gave a detailed quotation of all of the materials and a timeline to finish the job. He was prompt and professional. He was able to help me out as my roof was leaking and going into my garage. He was able to attend to me on short noticed and was finished quickly. Their were surprise issues with other sections of the roof that came up, which he spoke to me first and based on his knowledge we dealt with them quickly. The workers cleaned up every night before they left. I was very happy with the end result. My roof looks fantastic thanks to Ray and his crew.“

“I had my roof replaced by Arcamm back in 2016. I had dealt with Ray at the time, and although he sounded very helpful and professional on the phone, I was not impressed with the crew or their work when they did the job. I caught more than one mistake they made while the work was underway, and had to press them to do it right. They even omitted to install a vent I had paid for in the work order! (which I only noticed last year). Afterwards, Ray would not provide me with a proper contract or warranty, no matter how hard I pressed him for one, only an invoice with a bogus claim to a 50 year non-prorated guarantee. So fast forward to 2021, a row of cap shingles along a ridge had blown off during a wind storm. I called Arcamm, not because I wanted to deal with Ray again but because I wanted to discuss the repair to see if he would in any way honor the guarantee because this recent failure was due to poor workmanship (overdriven nails). Upon calling, I was surprised to hear that Ray passed away in 2018 and the business, including the name, was sold and was under new ownership. I was told that the new owner had been dealing with several calls for repairs (from angry customers, myself included) who had work done by Ray and company. They understandably are not responsible for any of the old warranties, but have been trying to give previous customers a break on repair work. I explained my situation, and sent a copy of my old invoice and a photo of the damage on a Friday. Rob, from the new Arcamm, came out on Monday at the agreed time. He was very friendly and helpful, and had all of my repairs, including installation of the missing vent, completed within an hour. He hand-nailed the ridge caps and used extra adhesive to ensure this fix was solid. The price was fair, and there was good followup from Kate in the office to make sure I was pleased with the job. I can only refer to this small repair, and not a whole new re-roof job at this point, but I think the new Arcamm seems to be a good outfit. The old Arcamm is no more, and I will surely consider the new Arcamm for any future roofing work. Cheers! - JM“

“We would highly recommend Chouinard Bros for your roofing needs. This week we had our roof shingles all replaced on our appr 3000 sq ft home in Mississauga. The selection of shingles was exactly what I was looking for. The crew arrived on time each day and stayed late each day. They were friendly and efficient. They laid tarps down all around the house to catch the debris. They worked safely as well, this is important because usually roofers are not tied off for working at heights properly and it is a concern. I was very comfortable seeing that they clearly were properly trained and had the required equipment. The house looks amazing! The shingles are gorgeous! The crew stayed extra late on day two to ensure that everything was cleaned up. They even took a photo of the backyard furniture and planters before they moved them so that they would know exactly where to place them back! They ran a magnet roller over the property to catch any missed nails and then they used a blower to ensure our property was spotless. 100% do not hesitate to call them.“
