Poor communication from the office.Work seems to be okay, but I have some concerns/questions and would like to speak to someone. The estimator promises that they guarantee their work, and to be fair, Joe the estimator, seems to be the most responsible person working there. He did respond to texts regarding delays throughout the job, but even he has not responded this time. Employee retention/reliability was usually the excuse during the job

We wanted to let you know that we were very impressed with all aspects of the MRC service on our roofing job. The finished product looks great and the entire process to get to the new roof was a pleasure. In particular we wanted to compliment the crew who were extremely hard working, quality focused and great to have on site.
