The moment I walked into the moonstone I instantly felt like I belonged. Everyone is kind and welcoming no matter where you are in your spiritual journey.With Ashley I experienced a somatic breathwork class for the first time. I wasn’t sure what to expect but attended with an open mind. There in a room with 5 other individuals, the experience was indescribable. There was an intense release of emotion as I could physically feel energy moving through my body. I was able to connect to my inner soul, release what no longer served me and leave the moonstone feeling lighter, clearer, and with a deeper understanding of the path I am on.
