I needed care for my tennis elbow and my winged shoulder blade. I made appt and was initially with twinkle for first assessment. Arriving at the office it was bright and professional looking . Was welcomed in always with a smile . Twinkle assessed me and was sure I could feel better with a few sessions . She was very friendly explained the exercises and did some treatments and was asking questions to learn more about me. Came across as she cared. I was then having sessions with Megha and she was excellent as well. Showing me new exercises and stretches to do and explained to me every time what it is that is happening with my injury .
