My old AC woke up dead on Thursday, I called Firstline at about 3pm and left a message, about 45 minutes later I got a call, explained my predicament, they came to the house and assessed the situation, later in the evening I got a quote which I accepted, I paid 50% upfront, the new system was installed Monday and is up and running, 2 technicians came to the house, one worked outside on the AC unit and the other inside the house at the furnace installing a new cooling coil which was bigger the the old one. Both of the guys have done a bang up excellent job. I give the top billing, 5 stars. Excellent service all round. Today’s Tuesday and I’ve paid the other 50%?

It seems that I will be agreeing with all other reviews, the professionalism, the attention to detail, keeping in contact if delays occur. The service is top notch, I have no need to look any further for hvac problems. Ryan is the technician needed, class act and top notch service. We all know that's tough to find these days.
