There reviews make me laugh... The gentlemen we dealt with at this store were FANTASTIC. My husband wasn't able to get an optometrist appointment here because the Dr. wasn't in that day (a Saturday - understandably), but they called another location and booked an appointment over the phone there for us. Next day we came back to this location to pick out frames, and they were able to find the PERFECT frames immediately for my picky husband. Options were explained quickly and clearly. Worked within our budget with insurance and compared deals and prices to give us the best options to meet our needs. Frames and lenses arrived in 3 days (was told 5-10 days). Dr Hayer dealt with my elderly mother-in-law in the most caring, compassionate way. All my questions regarding her failing eyesight were answered and her situation was explained thoroughly to me. My own eyesight issues were looked after in a most professional way. Options for night driving until I get cataract surgery were given and they suggested I get cheap frames with new lenses, since I really want to be able to drive at night in case of an emergency.
