“Found out during the Feb 2025 Toronto winter storm that my water tank was leaking. I noticed A Plus installed the tank for the previous owner and gave them a call on Tuesday morning to see if they'd be available to check it out and likely repair or replace it.

I called them at 9am and within 12 hours they had replaced my old tank with a new tankless design. The water tank was also situated in a very tight space which I was afraid they'd have to do some demo work to service. But amazingly they found a way to do it all without any walls taken down. Farid and Moz were amazing, super clean, efficient, friendly and walked me through the whole process. They were meticulous and I knew I could trust their work.
