Firstly, Krysta was friendly and welcoming and in my situation, accommodating as I had messaged her to say I would be 15 minutes late to my appt due to traffic. Her responses to my texts were so understanding, which was much appreciated.

“I got sylfirm x radiofrequency microneedling from Ang. My first treatment was in July, and second was in August. My jowls and nasolabial folds have softened, and my jawline has tightened and lifted. “It was my first time getting a manicure and shellac nails so I was kind of scared, but my nail tech did such a good job! It was so relaxing, and she took her time and did it sweetly! They also had a wide variety of nail colours to choose from. I got a really nice nude colour and so far it has been about a week, and the shellac is lasting really well! I did a lash previous course at another place and it felt super rushed and didn’t give me enough info, which almost made me quit. But at LVSH, I learned the right techniques and got much better at my timing. The class was small—just two people—so we got plenty of time to ask questions and practice. Raven was really supportive and patient, and the place itself is gorgeous. Plus, the course included tips on building a clientele, and Raven also offers support for any questions or concerns even after you finish. Highly recommend doing your lash course here!“
