Start to Finish a 6 star experience. Prompt and straightforward sales process; answered all questions with no BS. Up front and clear with answers about government subsidies, grants.. honest and no empty promises. Even answered some what if scenarios and details on how and why their quote differed from others we had.
The installation was just as good. On schedule, efficient, respectful of our space (I WFH so this was a godsend) and very good walking us through operation of the furnace & heat pump and connecting apps for remote control. Can't say enough good things about them and ran out of stars at 5. :)
