A VERY special thank you to Justin Phillips and Jason Bentley of Driftwood Mechanical Ltd for my beautiful propane fireplace! Justin went over everything with me...a few times lol and Jason completed the install perfectly. Jason even came back (very quicky) to add the extra piece around the outside. He answered all my questions (and continues to do so) and took the time to walk me through how to use it. He even contacted me the next day to check in. STELLAR customer service!

Great team. They were here on time, easy to talk to, respectful of the property. No mess left behind. They also had to deal with my large dogs while coming in and out with no issues. Thank you Kaitlyn Justin and the team

My Wife Cathy and I would like to thank you and your installation people for the great job you did over the last 2 days. Before the crew started work they placed runners on all the floors and stairs where they would be working.The removal of our old furnace/AC and hot water tank was done in a very clean and efficient manor. The new equipment was installed exactly as was proposed in the original quote. Because it was a very hot day they insured that we had a functional A/C system before they left for the day.
