“I recently joined the Right Fit for their small group training classes. Classes are very accessible as they run multiple different classes per day throughout the work week. This was important to me as I’m a shift worker and most group style training classes in the area don’t offer a variety of classes per day. I also wanted an instructed workout instead of struggling to create my own workout at home or in the gym. Each instructed workout is approximately 45-minutes with a guided warm up and cool down. Class sizes are maximum eight people which allow the instructor to identify any changes in form required to prevent injury or offer tips/encouragement. I’ve tried classes with each trainer now and have enjoyed them all! I like that the workouts are created for any fitness level with modifications offered for certain movements like plank, Russian twists, etc. You get to choose how hard the workout is based on how hard you work and the weights you choose! The members of Right Fit have definitely made a community among themselves and are very welcoming! I LOVE the online booking system to sign up for classes!! It’s very user friendly and holds me accountable when I schedule in my workouts at the beginning of the week. And may have motivated me to get out of bed more than once where I wanted to stay in but signed up for class?. I would definitely recommend joining the community at Right Fit!“

“Overall I really enjoy going to this gym and I always have a really great time.I am very grateful that I can go to this gym and use their services. I’m not going to lie though, it surprises me that the woman who teaches the gym classes is a smoker and smells like cigarette smoke. When I first joined this particular gym I was interested in fitness classes because that’s always been a big part of my gym experience, but I decided against it when I learned it would be with someone who smells like cigarette smoke.“
